BUILD CONFIDENCE IN CHRIST AND STEP INTO YOUR CALLING PART #2

BUILD CONFIDENCE IN CHRIST AND STEP INTO YOUR CALLING PART #2

Have you ever felt like you're not good enough? Like you're not qualified for the calling that God has for you? If so, you're not alone. Many of us struggle with confidence, especially when it comes to following God's plan for our lives. But the good news is that God can give us the confidence we need to step into His calling.

The story of David and Goliath is a great example of how we can step into God's calling even when we feel inadequate. David was a young shepherd boy who was called by God to fight the giant Goliath.

David was not a trained warrior, but he trusted in God and went out to fight Goliath in faith. With God's help, David defeated Goliath and saved the Israelites.

We can see that our confidence comes from God, not from ourselves. And we get to trust Him to equip us for the task ahead.

  1. Our confidence comes from God

The Bible tells us that our confidence comes from God. In 2 Corinthians 3:5, Paul says, "Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God."

This means that we don't have to rely on our own strength or abilities. We can rely on God's strength and abilities. He is the one who is qualified to do great things through us.

  1. We can trust God to equip us

God is faithful to equip us for the calling that He has for us. In 2 Timothy 1:7, Paul says, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."

This means that God doesn't want us to be afraid. He wants us to be confident in His power and His love. He also wants us to be wise and discerning.

  1. We can step into God's calling

When we trust God and rely on His strength, we can step into the calling that He has for us. In Ephesians 2:10, Paul says, "For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them."

This means that God has a good plan for our lives. He has prepared good works for us to do. And He will equip us to do those works.

So, if you're feeling discouraged or unsure of yourself, remember that your confidence comes from God. He is the one who is qualified to do great things through you. Trust Him to equip you for the calling that He has for you. And step out in faith, knowing that He is with you.

Blessings 💕 have a Fabulous day!
